About Hand & Hand Rescue
Hand and Hand Rescue was born from a shared vision of compassion and transformation. Founded by Sherri Hinson, Summer Hewett, and Latia Moore, three sisters united by their struggles and a calling to make a difference, our nonprofit aims to build homes for veterans and provide sustained support to homeless families. While volunteering at a local shelter, they saw firsthand the immense challenges faced by those without stable housing, and they realized that only a long-term commitment could break the cycle of poverty.
Hand and Hand Rescue is dedicated to not only offering immediate relief but also creating lasting solutions for individuals and families in need. What sets us apart is our commitment to balancing impactful change with the well-being of our own families, showing that true compassion uplifts all. With the support of our community and through tireless dedication, we are building a legacy of hope, compassion, and positive change for generations to come. Together, we are turning dreams into safe, stable homes and offering a hand to those who need it most.
